From sketch to final stitch — we design leather pieces that fit your needs, your habits, and your hand. Each bespoke project takes 4–6 weeks and is hand-crafted in our workshop.

Consultation
We start with a conversation. Tell us what you carry, how you carry it, and what should linger in the hand.

Design
Sketches, leather swatches, and dimensions arrive in your inbox. We refine until it's exactly right.
03
Crafting
Your piece is hand-stitched in our workshop. Progress photos arrive throughout.
04
Delivery
Wrapped in calico, shipped insured, often arriving with a hand-written note.
